Order Cigarette Tax Stamps

​Distributors may order Cigarette Tax stamps by mail, email, or fax. We ship stamps by UPS on Tuesdays and Fridays.

We must receive orders by 10 a.m. on Tuesday or Friday for same-day shipping. We will process orders received after 10 a.m. on the next shipping day.

How to Order Cigarette Stamps

1. Complete Form CT211, Cigarette Stamp Order Form.
2. Include a UPS account number.
3. Send in your completed form by:

How to Pay for Cigarette Stamps

Most distributors can order Cigarette Tax stamps on credit and pay for them when filing their monthly return with the Minnesota Department of Revenue.
