Unsure if you have nexus in Minnesota?
You can complete Form C101, Minnesota Business Activity Questionnaire. It's designed to establish whether your business needs to file a Corporation Franchise, Partnership, or S Corporation tax return in Minnesota.
Mail the completed form to the address listed on the last page under the signature. Our staff will review the questionnaire and notify you if they have any questions or need additional information to determine if you have nexus in the state.
