field_block:node:page:body

A Power of Attorney (POA) gives a person the authority to access a customer's information and represent them before the Minnesota Department of Revenue.

Elect POA on Estate Tax Return

An estate may elect a POA on Form M706, Estate Tax Return. If the estate authorizes a POA on Form M706 and appoints more than one individual, the estate must attach a complete list of POAs as instructed on the form.

Elect POA on Form Rev184i

If the estate does not elect a POA on Form M706 but later decides they would like to authorize a POA, they may do so by completing form Rev184i.

Accepted POA

We do not accept POAs for firms or companies.
