The Minnesota e-bike rebate application launch postponed

ST. PAUL, Minn. - The online application for individuals to apply for an e-Bike Rebate Certificate is experiencing technical issues. Due to these issues, the application will not be available today, June 5, 2024. We are working with our external technology vendors engaged for this program to understand and fix the technical issues on the site.

The e-bike bill legislation directed the rebates to be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Due to this provision, we will provide additional information on when the application will be open so that potential applicants can plan ahead. You can sign-up to receive these updates directly.

The Minnesota Department of Revenue and Minnesota IT Services apologize to potential rebate applicants for the inconvenience.
